About me:

 

I help businesses across Australia improve their profitability, drawing on over 20 years of experience working with small, medium, and large organisations. Throughout my career, I have learned from high-performing teams and leaders how to run businesses effectively—and I now use this knowledge to help other businesses grow.

My background spans the mining and production sectors, as well as the construction and service industries. I have also worked extensively with small businesses and have run one myself. This gives me a practical, first-hand understanding of the challenges business owners face on a daily basis.

After many years working within large Australian organisations, I realised that my true passion lies in supporting small and medium-sized businesses. Unlike large corporations, SMEs often do not have the same access to resources or funding to improve their operations. What they do have, however, is passion, commitment, and drive. With the right guidance, even small changes can create a significant impact. I provide this support at a fraction of the cost typically available to large corporations.

I bring broad experience across accounting, human resources, leadership, mentoring, and team management, working with teams ranging from small groups to large organisations.

In addition to my professional work, I support non-profit organisations through voluntary roles as a language teacher and Community Language School Principal.

Academically, I hold a Master of Professional Accounting and have worked as a Finance Manager across a range of organisations. I also hold a Bachelor of Business Law and a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, and have worked as a Human Resources Manager.

My motto is “working smart, not hard.” You don’t need to work longer hours to make your business run smoothly. Often, small, well-considered changes deliver the biggest results. I help businesses identify and implement those changes—so they can grow with confidence and clarity.

About me:

I help leaders grow from the inside out — by clarifying purpose, strengthening mindset and building character. My leadership journey spans some of Australia’s most demanding environments. I served 12 years in the Australian Army, including Special Forces, with operational deployments. I attained a commission as an officer in 2019, and instructing leadership and command at the Royal Military College – Duntroon. These experiences shaped my belief that true leadership is forged under pressure and grounded in character.

 

Beyond military service, I completed a Ba Health and Safety then worked as a Safety Advisor in the coal mining industry for 4 years, integrating risk management frameworks to support high-risk operations. I have also completed a Grad Dip in Management and MBA, with subsequent qualifications as Cert IV Training and Assessing, Cert IV in Leadership and Military Instructor.

 

I served 19 years with the Australian Federal Police in community policing and other specialist roles — leading people, managing complexity, and operating in environments where trust, resilience, and sound judgment matter most.

 

Across Defence, law enforcement, and industry, one truth has remained constant: leadership is not about position — It’s about mindset, integrity, and consistent effort. Today, I am passionate about helping individuals and organisations develop resilient, purpose-driven leaders who lead with clarity and conviction. My approach focuses on practical leadership development, mental resilience, and character-based decision-making — because sustainable success starts from within. My motto is “Reward for Effort”. Growth comes to those who show up, do the work, and commit to becoming better — every day.
